Are you a breakfast chef (or think you could be)? This volunteer position entails cooking bacon & sausage, scrambling eggs, and flipping french toast in large quantities, to order. This job doesn't involve anything super gourmet, but does involve a little stamina and a good attitude, as we can be pretty fast paced on occasion! On the job training is available, so experience in a kitchen would be nice, but not required.
The grill cook position, once trained, would be 6-9am, every other Wednesday. This position would ideally run the whole school year, so keep that in mind if you are interested. This is truly the beating heart of the café, and we are looking for more capable individuals who can do it! This would be a great job for someone that is high energy, enthusiastic, or loves cooking.
