Volunteer: ReStore VolunteerReStore volunteers help with all the daily tasks of running the store. Tasks will include unloading donations, assisting with small projects, cleaning, re-merchandising products, and organizing the different departments within the store. We also need volunteers willing to ride in our truck along with staff to pick up donated items within the Iowa City and Coralville areas. Volunteer: Construction VolunteerVolunteers will help construction staff through the entire home building process including framing, painting, trim work, cabinet installation, energy efficiency upgrades, and more. No prior skills or knowledge are necessary! We train you and give you all the tools you need to accomplish the tasks for each shift. Learn new construction skills, make new memories, meet new friends, and help give back to the community! Age Restrictions: All volunteers must be at least 16 years old. All volunteers under 18 must have a liability waiver filled out and signed by a parent or legal guardian. Minor volunteers also have slight restrictions regarding the jobs they can help with.
