Who We Are
The Arc of Southeast Iowa was formed in 1957 by a group of parents and professionals interested in the welfare of individuals with intellectual disabilities. Since that time, The Arc has been active in providing classes, supporting programs, encouraging legislation, and increasing public awareness of the needs of individuals with intellectual disabilities and developmental disabilities.
What We Do
The Arc of Southeast Iowa is committed to being a leader in offering information, services and advocacy to individuals with developmental disabilities, their families and community; to promote informed choices and the realization of their goals relating to where and how they live, learn, work and play.
